Arquivista AI: workshop
with Nestor Pestana
In this workshop, participants will create a digital sculpture using artificial intelligence. The sculpture will be presented during the INDEX Biennial in the exhibition Arquivista AI by artist and workshop leader Nestor Pestana.
Nestor Pestana
Nestor Pestana is a Venezuelan-Portuguese multimedia artist based in London, UK. He teaches at the Royal College of Art and the Bartlett School of Architecture and develops research-based artistic projects in collaboration with scientists and technologists. His interests include new and emerging technologies and their future social and technological implications.
Note: Registration is free and open until 11 May at info@bragamediaarts.com. Participants are asked to briefly introduce themselves and explain why they wish to attend the workshop in the registration email. Previous experience with generative AI tools involving text and images is not required, but please mention any experience with ChatGPT, RunwayML, DALL-E, Midjourney, etc.
